Dispatcher

Overview:
We are looking for experienced Dispatchers with a background in logistics and transportation coordination. The successful candidate will excel in managing multiple routes, optimizing delivery schedules, and maintaining clear communication between drivers, clients, and the operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring our delivery network runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high service standards.

Tasks:

• Develop and adjust daily delivery schedules based on priority and driver availability
• Assign routes to drivers and monitor progress in real-time
• Communicate with drivers to resolve issues during deliveries
• Track shipments and update clients on delivery statuses
• Handle reroutes and emergency situations efficiently
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Skills:

• Extensive experience in logistics or transportation dispatching
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with logistics and GPS software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
